Delivery Information

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Deliveries will be made using:
o    JNT; or NinjaVan
 
DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

o  Your tracking number will be sent to you via emailed, personal message, or WhatApp within 1-2 days after payment is received.
o    Parcel are usually shipped within 3-5 working days upon payment confirmation.
o    Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking code to appear in the Easy Parcel tracking system, as updates are typically keyed in at the end of the day.
 
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
o    Use the provided tracking code to monitor your shipment’s progress at the courier’s tracking page.
 
DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS
o    We deliver throughout Malaysia, with shipping costs calculated based on weight at checkout:
    + Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 onwards. Estimated delivery: Within 5 business days
    + Sabah and Sarawak: RM12.00 onwards. Estimated delivery: Up to 7 business days

o    Note: Our working day is Monday to Friday.
